Proving Your Recent Performance

To validate that you recorded your performance recently, you must do one of the following at the beginning of your video:

1- Say "OKINAWA SHODAN" and show the sign with your hand: 1 thumb finger in one hand.

OR

2- Display the match code on any support or paper.

OR

3- Show the event poster.

Video Submission Process

          To streamline recording and submitting your videos for our eTournaments, we have enabled a function to upload all required videos during the registration period. This allows you to upload all videos at once, avoiding delays. The deadline to upload all videos is 48 hours after the publishing of the draws.

Important dates (Every day at 21:00 UTC):

• Thursday 26/12/2024: Start of registration period and video upload period;
• Friday 10/01/2025: Deadline for registration discount;
• Friday 14/02/2025: End of registration period and Publishing of Draws;
• Sunday 16/02/2025: End of video upload period;
• Monday 17/02/2025: Start of judging;
• Friday 21/02/2025: Announcement of Winners and sending of Certificates and Reports;

**NOTE** If the number of competitors is lower than expected, we reserve the right to extend the registration period.

Scoring System

All rounds will be scored using the WKF Scoring System ATH/TECH (applicable only for E-KATA individual categories, excluding beginner and team categories). All referee scores will be displayed to ensure transparency.

Certificates and Reports

               All participants, coaches, and referees will receive a professional certificate at the end of the event. Participants in official categories will earn ranking points. You can also purchase a detailed performance report for only €30.

Registration Fees

• Early bird registration: €12 (before January 10th).
• Standard registration: €15 (after January 10th).
• Additional entries: €10 per entry after the first 10 entries (please contact us before paiment).

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after payment.
