Toen we 2 maanden geleden de knoop doorhakte om de Holland Cup 2020 eindelijk op 12 december 2021 te kunnen organiseren leek er geen vuiltje aan de lucht. Helaas weten we allemaal dat de omstandigheden momenteel heel anders zijn. In samenspraak met de gemeente is besloten om de Holland Cup 2020 weer uit te stellen. Later zullen we de exacte datum bekend maken.

Net als jullie zijn wij ook erg teleurgesteld. Alles was net geregeld om de 12^de weer op een spetterende manier terug te komen. Ook zijn we ervan bewust dat sommige mensen al hun reis/hotel hebben geboekt en deze misschien niet meer kosteloos kunnen annuleren. Voor deze mensen kan ik zeggen dat we aan het kijken zijn om iets alternatiefs te organiseren wat goed binnen de richtlijnen van het RIVM past. Daar komen we later op terug.

Samen staan we sterk en we gaan ervoor zorgen dat wanneer de Holland Cup 2020 eindelijk plaatsvindt het een groot feest wordt.

Two months ago, when we finally decided the Holland Cup 2020 could take place on the 12^th of December, we thought everything would be just fine. Covid numbers were stable in the Netherlands and big events were organized again. Unfortunately, things have changed rapidly for the worse. In consultation with the local government we decided to propone the Holland Cup 2020 again. We will announce the exact date later.

We are guttered about this decision, just like you. Everything was finalized for the 12^th of December to make it a great come back event. We are well aware that some people may already have booked their trip to The Netherlands and cannot cancel that anymore free of charge. Those people I would like to ask to contact hollandcup@ftw-events.nl so we can have an overview of how many people this includes. We’re looking into organizing something that will fit in the covid measures and makes sure the trip to the Netherlands is still worth your while. We will get back to that as soon as possible.

When the Holland Cup 2020 is finally taking place, we will make sure that it will be a big success!
