A: VOORBEREIDING

• A1: Registreer je ITF Taekwon-Do Club (https://www.sportdata.org/ > Taekwon-Do > ITF events > login > create account). Video instructie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuUrwSXIt68 (voorbeeld Karate, maar werkt hetzelfde). Resultaat: Je kunt nu als club inloggen met je inloggegevens
• A2: Je clubgegevens invoeren. Video instructie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lu3fpHUYzkU. Resultaat: Je schoolprofiel is compleet
• A3: Je deelnemers toevoegen aan je profiel. Video instructie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGfLakwagkQ. Resultaat: De gegevens van je leden die aan wedstrijden deelnemen staan nu in het systeem en kunnen ingeschreven worden voor alle ITF Taekwon-Do evenementen die via Sportdata worden aangeboden.
• Let op: dit is nog NIET een wedstrijdinschrijving.

B: REGISTREREN VOOR EVENEMENT

• B1: Inschrijvingen. Video instructie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPuae9uKHP0. Resultaat: Je deelnemers/coaches/scheidsrechters/officials staan nu ingeschreven.

C: BETALING

• C1: Betalen. Via Registratie > My Current Entries/Payment verschijnt het overzicht van al je inschrijvingen (pop-up). 
• C2: Klik op het icoontje (Paypal of Bank Transfer) om via Paypal te betalen, of om de bankgegevens te bekijken.
• C3: Betaling kan via bankoverschrijving (Bank Transfer) of Paypal (let op: bij Paypalbetalingen zit een toeslag).
• Let op: vergeet niet voor de betalingsdeadline te betalen!

A: PREPARATION

• A1: Register your ITF Taekwon-Do Club (https://www.sportdata.org/ > Taekwon-Do > ITF events > login > create account). Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuUrwSXIt68 (Karate example, but works the same). Result: You’re now able to log in as a club with your account details.
• A2: Enter club details. Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lu3fpHUYzkU. Result: Your club profile is complete.
• A3: Add participants to your club account. Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGfLakwagkQ. Result: Details of participants (competitors/coaches/referees/officials) are now ready to be registered for ITF Taekwon-Do events.
• Attention: at this point participants are NOT registered for an event yet!

B: REGISTREREN VOOR EVENEMENT

• B1: Registration. Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPuae9uKHP0. Result: Your participants are now registered for the event.

C: BETALING

• C1: Payment. Log in first and go to the event > Via Registration > My Current Entries/Payment an overview of your event registration appears (pop-up).
• C2: Click the Paypal or Bank Transfer icon.
• C3: Payment via bank transfer or Paypal (please be aware there’s an additional transaction fee for Paypal payments).
• Attention: please pay before the set payment deadline!
